Your branding, commercial, and portfolio photoshoot is designed to bring your business and personality to life with authentic, high-quality images. Each session is tailored to your needs—whether that’s a polished portfolio, professional headshots and team portraits, creative product photography, or full business branding with promotional content that showcases what you do best.

Before your session, we’ll start with a free brand identity consultation to discuss your goals, target audience, and brand personality. I’ll also provide wardrobe and styling advice to ensure your look and overall aesthetic align perfectly with your brand. From clean and professional portraits to creative lifestyle imagery, I’ll guide you throughout to ensure we capture authentic, high-quality visuals that you can use across websites, social media, and marketing materials. To give you flexibility, you can also build your own package, selecting the exact mix of services that work best for you and your business.

On the day, I’ll guide you and your team through natural posing and expressions, set up your products or services in the best light, and create a balance of professional and lifestyle imagery that feels true to your business. I’ll take care of all the direction so you can feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera, while making sure every detail is working to elevate your brand.

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session or event date. Full payment is due prior to or on the day of your shoot.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations may result in loss of deposit. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.

Your Responsibility
Please arrive on time and ensure any participants are ready for the session. For events, clients are responsible for providing access and necessary permissions.

Travel
For events outside the Brisbane region, additional travel fees may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Image Delivery & Editing
All images are professionally edited and delivered via an online gallery within the agreed timeframe. Specific edits outside the standard style may incur extra fees.

Copyright & Usage
Images remain the photographer’s property. Clients receive a license for personal or commercial use as outlined in the package. Any additional commercial use requires written permission.

Liability
The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, such as bad weather or venue interruptions, but will always work to provide alternative solutions.

Marketing & Portfolio
By booking, you agree that images may be used for marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Additional Services
Extra hours, custom edits, prints, or other add-ons outside the agreed package will be billed separately.
