What to expect!
Your family photoshoot will be a relaxed and enjoyable experience, all about capturing the love and connection you share with your family. Before the session, we’ll have a friendly consultation to chat about your family’s unique dynamic, the style of images you’d love, and any special details you’d like me to include. On the day, I’ll gently guide you through the shoot with a mix of natural poses and candid interactions so everything feels easy and authentic.
To keep your photos timeless and beautifully cohesive, I recommend outfits in soft neutral tones or white, with simple coordination across the family—this ensures the focus remains on your bond while creating a clean, elegant look. For the best light and atmosphere, we’ll also plan your session at the most flattering time of day, often late afternoon.

With more than one location, the distance between locations must stay within a 20 minute drive or 15km radius

My average family session size is with 5 people. If you would like a session with a family larger than 5, please contact me as there will be an additional fee
Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session or event date. Full payment is due prior to or on the day of your shoot.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations may result in loss of deposit. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.
Your Responsibility
Please arrive on time and ensure any participants are ready for the session. For events, clients are responsible for providing access and necessary permissions.
Travel
For events outside the Brisbane region, additional travel fees may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
Image Delivery & Editing
All images are professionally edited and delivered via an online gallery within the agreed timeframe. Specific edits outside the standard style may incur extra fees.
Copyright & Usage
Images remain the photographer’s property. Clients receive a license for personal or commercial use as outlined in the package. Any additional commercial use requires written permission.
Health & Safety
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in the event of extreme weather for safety and comfort.
Session Flow
Sessions may include breaks for little ones as needed, and I’ll guide natural posing and interactions while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and fun
Liability
The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, such as bad weather or venue interruptions, but will always work to provide alternative solutions.
Marketing & Portfolio
By booking, you agree that images may be used for marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Additional Services
Extra hours, custom edits, prints, or other add-ons outside the agreed package will be billed separately.
