What to Expect!

Before your product photography session, we’ll have a pre-consultation to discuss your brand, goals, and the style of images you’d like to achieve. You’ll have complete freedom in designing how you’d like your products to be presented, while I’ll be there to guide you with creative input, styling advice, and practical solutions to bring your vision to life.

Photo shoots can be tailored to your needs — you can choose to have me borrow your products to photograph in my studio space, or I can work on-site at your business location. We can also combine both approaches for variety. Sessions may include clean, individual product photos, styled arrangements with complementary items, or lifestyle images featuring your products on models. If you’d like to elevate your content further, small product videos can be added for an additional fee.

All images are professionally edited and delivered in optimised web-quality formats to ensure fast website loading times without losing clarity.

Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session, with full payment due prior to the shoot.

Pre-Consultation
A free consultation is included to discuss your goals, brand identity, and styling preferences.

Location & Product Handling
Product shoots can be completed in my studio, on-site at your business, or a combination of both. If products are borrowed for studio sessions, clients are responsible for delivering and collecting items, unless otherwise agreed. All borrowed products will be handled with care, but the photographer is not liable for normal wear, minor marks, or shipping-related damage.

Creative Direction
While clients have full freedom in the design and vision for their shoot, the photographer will provide creative input, styling advice, and practical solutions. Final styling choices are at the client’s discretion.

Props, Models & Styling
If models or additional styling/props are required, these must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed in advance. Additional fees may apply.

Image Delivery
Final images will be professionally edited and delivered in Web-optimised files to ensure fast website loading without losing quality. Any additional editing requests outside the agreed style may incur extra fees.

Video Add-Ons
Short product videos are available at an additional cost, to be arranged prior to the session.

Copyright & Usage
The photographer retains copyright ownership of all images. Clients are granted a commercial license to use images across websites, social media, and marketing materials. Extended commercial use (e.g., third-party resale or distribution) requires written agreement.

Travel
Additional travel fees may apply for on-site sessions outside the Brisbane region.
