What to expect!

Your maternity photoshoot will be calm and comfortable experience where you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while I guide you every step of the way. Before your session, we’ll have a friendly consultation to talk through your ideas, style preferences, and the overall look you’d like to achieve. I’ll also help you choose the best time for your shoot - usually between 28 and 34 weeks - when your bump is beautifully round, and you’re still feeling comfortable.

During the photoshoot, I’ll gently guide you through poses and natural moments so nothing feels forced, allowing your personality and connection with your loved ones to shine. To make things simple, I’ll also provide suggestions for outfits: flowing or form-fitting dresses for you, and neutral or white, coordinated clothing for partners and children, ensuring the focus stays on the joy and love of your growing family.

    Basic Package

    ~ 60 minute session at a location of choice* with one wardrobe change if desired

    ~ 12 professionally edited digital images + black and white copies, and an online gallery for viewing and downloading, with the option to purchase additional images

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session or event date. Full payment is due prior to or on the day of your shoot.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations may result in loss of deposit. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.

Your Responsibility
Please arrive on time and ensure any participants are ready for the session. For events, clients are responsible for providing access and necessary permissions.

Timing
Maternity sessions are ideally scheduled between 28–34 weeks for comfort and the best results.

Health & Safety
Your comfort is my priority. Poses or setups will be adjusted if anything feels uncomfortable.

Outfits & Props
Clients are encouraged to bring any special outfits, accessories, or personal items they’d like included. Guidance on styling is provided to ensure your session looks cohesive and flattering.

Weather & Location
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in case of extreme weather for your safety and comfort.

Travel
For events outside the Brisbane region, additional travel fees may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Image Delivery & Editing
All images are professionally edited and delivered via an online gallery within the agreed timeframe. Specific edits outside the standard style may incur extra fees.

Copyright & Usage
Images remain the photographer’s property. Clients receive a license for personal or commercial use as outlined in the package. Any additional commercial use requires written permission.

Liability
The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, such as bad weather or venue interruptions, but will always work to provide alternative solutions.

Marketing & Portfolio
By booking, you agree that images may be used for marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Additional Services
Extra hours, custom edits, prints, or other add-ons outside the agreed package will be billed separately.
